We had Infiniti Air in Kitchener help us with our system upgrade and Alex was an amazing gentleman to work with. He was patient in our decision making process and provided us with any information we needed at any time. It took us over a month to do our research about different brands and companies in the tri\-city and of course lots of questions were accumulating fast. Alex was the only expert that never pushed us into buying from him and every time we called him he was pleasant to speak with and provide us with all the right answers. As we read online in a few reputable HVAC review sites, installation was set to be one of the most important part of the process. One of the main reasons why we choose Infiniti air was due to the fact that they are Authorized from the Factory with 100% satisfaction guaranteed by both Alex at Infiniti and Carrier itself. Since we have had our furnace and air installed by Infiniti we have enjoyed home comfort like we have never experienced before. Not yet entirely confident - will review in a year
The process so far has been easy \- everything has gone smoothly and according to agreed schedule. The system looks good and is very quiet but it's in the middle of seasons so no real test can be performed for performance yet. I paid a premium to go with this product due to the fact I thought I'd see all the "check boxes" checked during the install. Here's what I've noticed so far: There was nothing done to determine the proper size of the system installed The gas shut\-off valve is broken The tap in for the humidifier was done without any shut\-off The condensor pump has no flood/leak shut\-off connected to the furnace My painted concrete floor in the basement floor was just scratched like crazy and needs to be repainted \- there were areas that already needed to be redone but crazy how much worse it is now. So these things now have caused me doubt for the entire install. I have to say the installers were great and answered all my questions \- these came up after and I'll have to talk with the comnpany about it. Will update this rating in time after I've had a cooling and heating system.
