Rushed install. Watched one guy carrying, moving around unit, and install outside unit. Initial inside duct work was amateur at best. They used flexible dry hose and had to return to install proper metal duct work and cleanup a bad install. I emailed and called in the Fall of 2024 with concerns about the wall vibration and noise. No one will respond. Am currently looking for other avenues to deal with this vibration/noise issue. Century, brick home, 6.5” from wall, installed 3” parallel from gas line. I suspect it needs to be moved farther away from the brick wall and put on some type of additional padding. I won’t recommend this dealer.
