On Sat. Kyle arrived shortly after I placed the call for service Kyle called and came out. He gave us the diagnosis, failed inducer motor. Our furnace was 13 years old and maybe nearing the end of it's life for an expensive repair. He left us to decide as he didn't have the part and wouldn't have it until Mon.. Sun. He also said to please keep him in the loop. Mon. morning there were calls from Brooms and a new furnace would be installed Tue. The installers arrived promptly and worked steadily and by mid\-afternoon we had heat. By 5 the house was nice and toasty. Overall Brooms did a fantastic job for us form Kyle to Fabian to the installers and office. It was great to wake up today to a warm house. Thanks to everyone involved.
