New gas furnace and equipment was installed and the old oil furnace and equipment was removed in my rental house. The tenant said they called to tell her when they would be there, showed up on time, worked diligently and steadily, got the job done when they said they would, took everything away, and left the site neat and tidy. They helped her with the new thermostat and explained things she needed to know and to boot , in her words, they were " just nice guys". I say you can't get better than that.

I would have awarded 5 stars all around if the installer had followed through on finding a drainage replacement part for the furnace/AC (not a part of the contact). I never heard back, so I repaired the existing with a sharkbite T connector, 1/2 inch pex, and a clamp adapter. Saved myself some money.
