Tyson is a very experienced , knowledgeable Tech. Having worked with large scale refrigeration systems in meat plants I know if a tech knows his stuff . Having tried several other AC contractors in the area , all of whom I felt really were inexperienced . Tyson offered several solutions , explained the pros and cons in detail. The evaporator coil was leaking badly. I Chose to replace the whole system as it was 9 years old and not a quality product. I chose carrier because of my experience with the quality of their industrial units . Harmony was able to install the new system the next day , service over and above the call of duty, in the current heat wave.
