Extremely happy with the installation and service provided, however we are not happy with the Nu-Air ERV that was installed in our home. Although significant effort was done in an attempt to resolve the audible noise it emits, the unit is still very noisy. We power it down at night as it interrupts our sleep. I would have paid more dollars for a quieter unit had I been given the option. Definitely would not recommend the unit that was installed into our new home.

The service technician from Ace Plumbing and Heating was very thorough, he was nearly dressed, very cordial and easy to talk to, he was tidy and everything worked perfectly when he had finished installing and hooking up the Carrier air conditioner.
