Bssed on feedback from other individuals in the HVAC community, I used Dyand Mechanical Systems to purchase and install our HVAC equipment.

Installation of Condenser and Coil went well. Over a week later still waiting for the electrical hook up to be completed and A/C to be working.

They did the original install and were very good at the replacement after 13 years.

I had to phone twice regarding the coil price and its availability to be installed. Otherwise ,the service was very good.

The installation was postponed twice, finally completed two weeks later. The installers were friendly and seemed to know their job; the finished product was OK but a bit sloppy; they also damaged my eaves trough and didn't tell me about it. The gas inspector failed the job and it took about two weeks and 15 phone calls (mostly leaving messages that weren't returned) to rectify the problem and get the job passed by the gas inspector. The biggest frustration was being ignored by the dealer; checks were cashed so we became an annoyance to them, or so it seemed. Overall a less than pleasant experience.

Furnace/Hot water tank/ humidifier

Dyand staff provided a comprehensive estimate \- the installation team was professional and able to deal with installation issues \- furnace has been operating for a month \- we are extremely pleased with its performance and operation.

My new Carrier Furnace installation was a painful thing.. it was not properly completed or tested, the install crew left without a full shake down. the wiring to the control panel was incorrect and the furnace ran constantly. only way to shut off the furnace was to turn off the power feed to the furnace. 24 hour call number at Dyand was not functioning. Finally i was able to get a service tech in late that same night by calling the salesman. the Tech was as unable to fix the issue and said it would have to wait until the morning. the outside temperature was below freezing. i manually turned the furnace off at 11:30 and got up to a chilly home at 5 to put it back on. A week later i was surprised (not really) to find that the the brand new Humidifier Dyand installed on my brand new Carrier 96% efficient furnace was incorrectly wired and was not working at all. (controls were wired backwards). The service crew that came out both times to fix the issues were very helpful and knowledgeable. the install crew was not. i am not impressed at all, and spent over $ 7000.00 to endure this.

THE INSTALLERS DID A GREAT JOB . THE FURNACE RUNS AND WORKS VERY SMOOTH. WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT TILL NEXT SUMER TO TRY THE AC.HOPE IT RUNS AS WELL AS THE FURNACE. GOOD JOB DYAND MECHANICAL.

Had a 25 year old furnace replaced by a new furnace and ac combo. Job was done in a day with some minor tweaking the second day. Fan is barely noticeable now when the furnace kicks in.

Recently had Performance high efficiency furnace, humidifier, and hot water tank installed. The furnace is very quiet compared to the old one. Overall, I'm happy with the products and the service.

Removed existing, supplied and installed an new furnace, a/c and hot water tank. The sales person came to our condo, review what had to be done, also came back with a lead hand to review again. The installation team did a great job \- they allowed two days, but did it all in one day. They were very professional, clean, friendly and answered any questions I had. They also reviewed how to work the units. Great Job Guys.
