They did their best even though Carrier sent the wrong relay and the wait for the part from Carrier was over 14 days. Good thing the days and nights were not under minus 7. Again supplier issues \- wrong parts and shipping issues all on the shoulders of Carrier. Our installation team was as good as it gets and offered a interim fix until the part arrived. I would always recommend Luced Services for both service and installation
