Carrier Singapore, the Climate Solutions Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa headquarter has achieved the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark for Healthier Workplaces (Platinum) certification. This prestigious recognition is the highest tier under Singapore’s leading green building rating system, recognizing organizations that demonstrate exceptional commitment to sustainability, occupant well-being, and operational excellence. The facility utilizes Automated Logic™ WebCTRL® building automation system and advanced Variable Air Volume (VAV) control strategies to optimize ventilation, filtration, and comfort while reducing energy consumption.
Automated Logic’s programmable, BACnet®-native zone controllers are designed specifically for pressure-independent VAV applications. These controllers deliver efficient airflow and precise temperature control which enhances occupant comfort and maintains a healthier and more sustainable indoor environment.
Connected Workplace Experience
Carrier has also enabled Abound™ Occupant Assistant, connecting people directly to building systems for a seamless workplace experience. It empowers employees to manage temperature settings, view indoor air quality, reserve spaces, access building services digitally, and manage visitor check-ins – via mobile devices and wearables.
