This company has great people working for them, including: Jacob in service, Mark the estimator, and Michelle in the office. They are HONEST, extremely helpful, and without a doubt the best heating and cooling company in the area. I know this for a fact, because before I found J.A. Sauer I hired other companies for repairs and maintenance and I was very disappointed in them. Some people say I'm difficult and hard to please, but I just value good customer service and knowing I am not overpaying for annual maintenance, or when necessary for a new furnace.
