New HVAC Installation
Installation was per agreement to include all new equipment and upgrading from a one zone whole house system to a multiple zone whole house system. Scogin supplied extra decking in attic to assure plenty of working surface and no issues with first floor ceiling drywall. They corrected original home builder duct issues caused by improper hanging. All aspects of the installation were handled including electrical, plumbing, roof penetrations, etc. The installation took longer than originally estimated, but Scogin completed the installation in a timely manner with no additional cost per the original quotation.
