On July 18, 2023, we notified C\&M Repairs that our upstairs A/C unit was not cooling and Matt came immediately to check our systems. Our unit was 13 years old and we decided to to replace the old A/C and furnace. On July 19, 2023, Cory, Matt and Kevin came and installed the new A/C and furnace.
