Equipment is faulty
Equipment constantly errors out with 34.5 error unknown cpu. Blower motor fails to startup but outside gear runs. Reboot furnace fixes it. Been out four times still does it on two systems.

There were multiple issues which was highlighted and it was never taken care by the installer. We provided the inspection report and the installer did not act on it prior to closing. How can they forget air filter at all. It's so noisy that we have to turn off and sleep. Extremely pathetic service and customer care.

Carrier AC and Furnace
We just moved into our new home a month ago. Last week was the first time we used our AC. We left and came home to the upstairs pumping heat and reading 90 degrees and the downstairs a cool 75 degrees. We discovered later that the AC was hooked up to heat. We called the next morning (We figured it wasn't an emergency since we were able to cool the upstairs down by opening the window). The representative at Casa Mechanical was very knowledgeable and professional. She let us know that they would be out to fix the problem later that day and would give us a 30\-40 minute courtesy call. The repairman arrived within 30 minutes of the phone call. He was very knowledgeable and was able to identify the problem quickly and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Great experience with this company so far!
