There were problems, but they went above and beyond to correct them.
I think this might have been the first of this type of unit they'd ever installed, since it was a newly released one? It took a long time for them to get it working because of an electrical issue. Then they had to run an extra wire outside of the house to finally fix it. Later there was a big problem because the plenum box was too small and it was causing condensation to drip over the bedroom ceiling. They had to cut out the ceiling in the bedroom and hallway over the door and run fans for days. Then they brought in another company to redo the drywall and paint. It was all done perfectly, although it was annoying to have fans running and a hole in the top of the house for weeks. The system has been working well for a year now, although I don't think it works quite as well as my old system. And I don't like that it's constantly prompting me for updates. I'm not doing that.
