Terry's A/C and HTC to the rescue!
We had one of our units go out on us. Terry's A/C and HTG was able to come out the same day to take a look at the issue, and give me a complete description of what was going on. My unit was over 30 years old and had reached a point where it was best to replace it although they did give me both options. Kenny from Terry's was great. He explained everything in plain English, avoiding all the industry specific terms. At the end of the day we had to get a new unit. Terry's had the ability to offer me a way to finance a new unit. They didn't push top of the line, or items that I didn't need. We settled on a middle of the road unit which covered our needs, and had a long life. I was able to get approved that day, and they installed the unit the next morning. Turn around time was unexpectedly fast. They were very professional, and Kenny did a great job selling without pressure. I hope he stays with the company, he's an asset and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Terry's A/C to anyone who needs A/C or Heating work.
