They are good about presenting value\-added options without a constant oversell. They replaced our air conditioning units in June of this year and it works so much better than the old system. Way more efficient and the dehumidification cycle keeps our space humidity 58\-60% so we are more comfortable at a slightly higher cooling setpoint. If you're looking for a high\-performing system, I highly recommend the furnace unit with variable speed fan and 2 stage condensing unit. Great performance at a reasonable price point. Fresh Air just replaced all our ductwork this week and added a zoning kit to control upstairs and downstairs seperately. Before this we had to open and close ceiling registers every time we had to switch from cooling to heating mode or vice versa. Don't have to mess with that anymore and can have different setpoints on both floors so everyone is comfortable. If you have a 2 story house with only 1 AC unit I highly recommend this option. I rarely recommend contractors, but I tell everyone I know about FreshAir. I will never use anyone else.
