Used them many times\- always a good job for a great price

I've used Barts for years on two houses. Very happy with their honesty and workmanship. The only negative on the job was that they didn't clean up afterward and they spilled glue on my hardwood floor. I was able to get it cleaned up though. An added customer service tip would be to bring a vacuum and wipe things down.

New install of 2\-ton 16 seer in unfinished addition to home. Worked with me to ensure everything was prepared for the install. Everything went great.

Great service

Bart's has always been an extremely responsive company. When our AC went out they were out on the service call to my house by the next morning. Unfortunately the compressor was out and there was no way to repair my 30 year old system. They quoted an extremely reasonable price to replace it but it was going to take 6 days before they could get it installed. Somehow they were able to move some things around and expedite the installation and I was back up within 48 hours. Hats off to Bart's AC!

Bart's is the best HVAC Dealer in town!!! When Chris came out to diagnose same day I called, he said it would be about 2\-3 weeks before they could get to me, because I needed a new unit. Then I got a call from Richard the next evening letting me know they could do it 2 days later. Absolute best customer service I have ever experienced from an HVAC company. Anytime anyone ever asks about HVAC, I always refer them to Bart's.

Good honest business

I have used Bart's three times over the last four years. Each time he and his team give a 5\-star performance. They show up when they say. They complete the job within the time frame given and within the estimated cost. AND they leave the area clean!!!! The only thing that would top his service would be to receive the unit free......what do you say Carrier??? Can you top my dealer's performance???

I have used BART's Heating and AC for 12 years now. They replaced an outside AC unit in 2007 and in 2016 for me and always went above and beyond for quality and service. Both of my units were still using the old very expensive Freon and the professionals at BARTs on every occasion recommended that I change out the entire unit. I am the poster child for penny pincher and in 2007 and 2016 I asked that they only change out the outside unit as it was the only thing that failed. Other then their initial recommendation and providing me with the pro's and cons of leaving the old style Freon they never forced the option and took in my concerns for cost and did the best repair possible for the dollars I was willing to spend. This past weekend my AC went out again. This time it was a leak in the coil which was not repairable. I explained to the technician that I was going to be selling the house in 6 months and did not want to spend a lot of money. He explained that recharging the unit would cost $400\-$500 with the old Freon and he an inspector would most definitely identify the leak and that I should replace the outside and coil. I agreed and he had the new unit installed my 9am Monday morning. Which now I have a very happy wife (and really that is what it is all about) thanks BART. Jack

We have use Bart's Heating and AC for over 15 yrs. and they are great people to work with you and solve any type of problem you have we would not change to any other company when you have the best thing why change it.

They were able to come out the same day AC broke. Provided a quote within 12 hours and the install of new unit took only one day. Total outage only lasted 2 days which is amazing in the middle of the summer! We received two quotes and Bart's was by far the most reasonable. Thank you!

Our old a/c system went out recently. They provided me with several options for lower cost short term fix to several options for replacing the system. I opted to replace and they completed the job in a very short turn around. We have been using Bart's for many years and are always pleased with their service, knowledge, speed of service, and price. I would highly recommend them to everyone for heating and a/c needs.

23 Seer ductless mini split system

Have used Rich and his team of techs for years...the ONLY ones to service my HVAC since purchasing the new home almost 14 years ago. They replaced my heat pump for the ac last spring and when the furnace started acting up this past week, I called Rich and he came to my rescue. My new furnace was installed first thing the next morning before the cold front came in...and at a price I could afford. It's comforting for this widow to be able to call someone I can trust...my late husband said to never call anyone else other than Bart's. I feel cared for with Rich and "the boys".

We needed a small unit for a room in the barn. I called Bart's, asked the owner, Richard what he would suggest, he gave me a price. We called him back, set a time for installation. We were very happy with the service, and the fact they showed up on time. We would recommend his company to anyone that needs this type of service.

I sent a request to Barts at around 7:30pm about 2 weeks ago to get information about a new HVAC. Richard got back about 1 hour later via email. We went back and forth with him answering all my questions about upgrades and different models he carried. After a few days and with his recommendation he was out here replacing my 24 year old system with the new Carrier Infinity 18VS 5 Ton HVAC. Richards crew was in and out of my house in under 3 hours. Very professional, reasonable prices and knowledgeable to say the least. Happy that I found a company that I can get future service for my HVAC needs.

Bart's originally came out when our A/C kept freezing up. We knew it was undersized, knew the evaporator coil had some damage but we suspected a leak. He came out within about an hour of our call did some looking, verified that it was indeed undersized, the coil was damaged but not very dirty, and yes, there was a leak outside. He was able to give us a fairly accurate quote on a new system on the spot. He added freon and said we should probably save up for a new system but check back with him in a few months to see how it was doing. Unfortunately, the fix lasted less than 4 days and we were without air again. After requesting information on several other brands we opted to go with Barts and Carrier. The decision was based almost entirely on the fact that if something goes wrong we felt Bart's would be out there quickly to assess the situation if nothing else. The rest of the quotes and inquiries we made from local companies were painful. We simply spent entirely too much time trying to get the information from the other companies. I personally feel if I'm trying to give a company my money they might want to respond as if they actually want it. Barts responded. I got the feeling he responded quickly more because he was a good guy that wanted to get us fixed up than to try to get money from us. I like that so we pulled the trigger and ordered the system. The icing on the cake was that his quote was actually cheaper then the one company we actually finally got a quote from. Can't beat that! The installers arrived on time. Were friendly and worked their tail ends off to get the system into place and running. We had a tight fit but they made it work. We have a breaker issue to be addressed yet but all in all I am quite pleased to have A/C again in the middle of August. I had expected we would have a long wait but from calling and saying go for it to scheduling was only a business day or two. It's only been 24 hours so I cannot say much about the durability and such of the work at this time. I was hesitant at first with the fix only lasting a few days but I am pleased so far with the actual purchase and install.

Barts replaced 2nd floor system quickly

Our AAC went out 9\-6\-16 Jordan came out he had been to my house before to do maintenance. He had told me a year ago the unit would not last much longer. He replaced the unit, made sure he cleaned up. He is very friendly, and always takes the time to explain everything to me.
