I am very happy with the years of customer service from Carl's Heating \& Air. Unfortunately, I have not had cool air in my house since my new system was installed on 7/24/22. My home never gets below 78 degrees in the day. I was told the new system would also save me money on my electric bill, but because the system has to run 24/7 just to get in down to 78 degrees, my electric bill is the highest it has been my entire life!

From start to finish, Carl and Callie were helpful in every way. Although the issue with my AC was puzzling, they worked hard to first solve it without extra cost to me. When they determined the issue, they quickly went to work to install my new unit. Carl was here on the 4th of July and the Sunday following preparing and replacing the unit! In addition, throughout the process, they kept checking in with me on the work they had done on my other unit and then the function of the new unit. Carl and Callie were also very careful about wearing masks while working in my home during the virus. On one hand, it is reassuring to have great service where the professionals explain everything they are doing. On the other, it is exceptional service when they treat you like family and want to do the best job possible. For this reason, I highly recommend Carl and Callie, and I am so grateful for their workmanship and new friendship!
