The guy that came out to install the system was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had and the price was just right. This is the coolest I've felt my house in a long time! And it cools with ease; It doesn't take forever for my house to cool down now. I'm very happy with everything!!

I am very pleased with the professionalism , and high quality of work I experienced with the people from Innovative Cooling. Their product knowledge and skills are superior. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. They replaced the ducts in our home and installed a superb cooling and heat pump system . In the 10 years that we have owned our log home we have replaced the existing unit twice, and had previous units repaired many times. Many other service pros have given us estimates to replace the system, not one ever suggested replacing ducts. We have probably spent enough in high electric bills, and repairs to a system that did not suit our needs to pay for this replacement. I was so impressed with MIke's knowledge and professionalism on the first visit that we decided to trust him and his crew. I am very happy with what we got.
