This was followed by an immediate visit by the estimating tech, Tom, who further explained the inherent flaws in our old system, and how the new system would provide significantly more comfort and value. The install was set up for the very next day, on which the crack team of techs arrived on time and performed the install diligently, thoroughly and respectfully. They even spent another 20 minutes fully answering additional questions we had. Finally, they handled all of the paperwork including rebate forms, providing the documentation and walking me through what they would address on their end (90%) and what I needed to do as a homeowner (10%). A seamless, gratifying finish to what every homeowner starts out dreading.
