The whole team (Nick, Travis, Genovieve (sp?), Erin, Mike \& JP were great. Mike \& JP did the installation. Very thorough, protected my home with rug covers, etc. Cleaned up the work area after and also helped with an unexpected project to move a humidifier hose. Friendly and allowed me to ask questions as needed.
