Great Experience - Start to Finish
Our furnace went out, so I stopped by their office to see about having someone out to look at it. They dispatched someone later that afternoon. After reviewing/diagnosing issues (including using a camera scope) with the existing furnace they presented options for repairing or replacing. Given its age and multiple potential points of failure in the next few years, we decided to replace. We scheduled an appointment with their sales rep (the call them Comfort Specialists) the next afternoon to discuss replacement options. We signed around 4pm and they had an install crew out at 8am the next morning. John, Jeff and Andre could not have been more informative, polite and helpful. They worked together for about 4 hours to get the new unit installed and operational. It's working great now\-\-very happy. I will say one other thing I appreciated throughout the diagnostic, sales and install process is that they erred on the side of over communicating\-\-I was always updated through texts and calls as to when people would be arriving. In addition, crews were punctual and respectful of the house, putting coverings on their shoes, cleaning up and putting items back in place that they needed to move. A great experience overall.
