My AC was acting up, so I called them and they were out in just a few days. Impressive for a non\-urgency call. Came out and discovered my coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. Told me he could patch it if I was in a pinch, but that wouldn't be the best method for longevity. We just bought our house 4 years ago, so I opted for the longer fix of replacing it. Service was nice and fast once the part came in. Even called to see if I wanted them to come out a couple days early because they had a cancellation. The dealer's supplier shipped the equipment to another order and the install date had to be rescheduled. The installers were late to the appointment and I did not receive a call until they were more than 10 minutes overdue. The dealer said the installer would look at a vent issue discovered by a duct cleaning service he had recommended. I told the installer this when going over the install. At the end of the install I asked about the vent issue and the installer had forgotten about the request. The only way he could check the issue out was to see if AC came through the vent, but by that time the electricity was off and AC could not run. So vent issue was not addressed. The electrician came later in the day, but more than a half hour later than he said he would arrive and I received not call to indicate that he would be late. The state inspector discovered a hose that was not properly anchored to the furnace and would bang once the furnace was on, so the dealer had to come back to fasten down the hose. The electrician installed an electrical box so low that the drawer housing the furnace filter could not open and the filter could not be changed. The electrician had to return and reinstall the electrical box. I still have some trouble opening the filter drawer.
