Not bad but...

Unfortunately, the fan speed has never stayed constant. If I try to leave the fan running all the time, the speed increases until it reaches maximum and then crashes back to very low and repeats. No one seems to be able to fix it. Annoying.

I was really disappointed when a leak developed last summer, not covered by my warranty. It ended up costing me over 2,000.00 to fix.

My recommendation to improve the condensation drain tank and tubing. Since I installed twice i happened to call for service. Oter than that so far everything is working fine for me.

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.

This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
