While we would generally recommend this dealer for their professionalism and responsiveness, we remain disappointed with the lack of an absolute solution for condensation on the air return ducts when very cold air is brought in. Two other scenarios affected our "first impression": (1) week 1 of having the house, we had to tighten a water line to the humidifier which was leaking water to the basement floor, and (2) when cooling season began, we discovered that the compressor on the A/C unit was shot (no cooling!), and the entire unit needed to be replaced.
