This is the second Carrier unit that we got from Mr. Brian Strong. Brian is exceptionally knowledgeable about the Carrier products and he chose the right system to fit our HVAC need. Replacement heat pump
Our old Rheem heat pump for our upstairs system died. The service technician tried everything he could think of to try to restart it, but it was FUBAR. Strong's installed a new Carrier system today, and it appears to be working WONDERFULLY! The technicians explained how the new system worked, saved the old thermostat in case I need it in an emergency on one of my other two units, and in general left me with a "warm fuzzy" feeling that, as with all Strong's employees, he knew exactly what he was talking about. If it wasn't going to be so expensive, I'd wish my main unit (a 5\-ton one) died, because I like the performance of the new one so much better than the old one.
