Horrendous experience. This company damaged the brick on my house. They attempted to fix it and did a poor job. 3 years later the condensate pipe they installed after removing my old condensate pump they didnt want to use in the new unit was leaking. This installation was so bad I wish I could have purchased the carrier unit myself and completed this. Careless install technicians. They were so bad I do not want them ever back and have been maintaining myself. I cant believe they are an approved seller.

We had wonderful, quick service for our airconditioner and furnace. The workers made an effort to clean up the area around the units, better than they were in the first place. They gave clear instructions as to when to change filters on furnace and the humidifier. I will call them again.

Vent was not installed where quoted. There was an issue but we approved it in the front but it's an eyesore that we regret now.They were respectful and thorough. They also left the basement cleaner than they found it. The owner/sales rep. Was very knowledgable and we feel we got an great deal and superior product. Except for the vent in the front we are very happy with the service. I think we'll put a bush in front of it. They delivered on their promise! Good quality product. Will definitely recommend.
