Five Star experience
Truly a five star experience! I poured a ton of money into my heating and air conditioner unit over this last year only to realize that I was ripped off by going the green way. A tech (Blaze) from Automatic came out and fixed their mistakes but I knew it was time to replace my 30 year old system. Chris L. did a thorough inspection and talked about what I wanted and needed. My house was practically built around my old system. I was given choices from 'barely fix it' to 'the best we can give you' . While the bank financing was not great the price was, so we skipped the financing and just paid for it. One price, as quoted. No add ons, no mark ups, no gotchas. Robbie Rogers and his crew sent a message when they were on the way. They laid down protection for the carpet and got to work. Had to do most of the work through the opening in the attic. They had to cut apart the old system to get it out. They replaced the stack, the plenum, and a lot of the major ducting. No extra charge. Took away all of the debris and even vacuumed. Robbie wasn't satisfied until he finished showing me how to use the thermostat through my phone. Even the front office, Aimee, was great, attentive and knowledgeable. They were polite and respectful. Certainly this company has ownership and management that understands how to treat the customer and that shows in the team all the way down the line. Nice work Automatic. Thank you.
