Upon down payment I was contacted that the equipment had been ordered. The next day I received a call to schedule the installation and they indicated they could install the next day. The installers (Rick and Chad) arrived the next day as scheduled. Once we did a quick tour of the circuit breaker, thermostat, location of the existing unit and access to under the house...they began unloading the truck, removing old equipment, and installing the new equipment. They were efficient in their work and ensured a clean installation site. After they finalized the work, they completed the paperwork, cleaned up and loaded the truck. After they said their goodbyes and left, I went around the back to return the items that were necessary to remove so they could get under the house and they had already returned all the items during their clean up. You couldn't tell they had even been there. Very thorough with detail for customer focus. They did a great job on the installation and displayed professionalism throughout the day!
