Kenny, we want to thank You, Matt, Shaun, Calvin, Julie, Richard, Keith, and all your Team for helping us get our new Heat Pump installed. It is up and running and cooling to our programmed schedule. It is also on its way to getting the relative humidity back to 50% (it is currently down to 53% in the Master Bedroom. It was up to around 70% when the new Heat Pump was started.) The new unit is so quiet I have to open the window to hear if it is running. Thank you again for loaning us the Spot Coolers. We would not have been able to stay in the house without them. Everyone associated with this organization shows a high level of professionalism, and pride in their work. Our experience began with a visit from Mr. Ken Bates to evaluate our problem, and suggest solutions. He explained in great detail the features of each component of the system he recommended, and explained why a thought we had was not practical. It should be noted, that of the three equipment representatives we contacted, this was the only firm to present a detailed proposal. In fact, one company has never responded to our inquiry. Should note, these were not Carrier dealers. When the day for the installation arrived, a team of five arrived. We use the term 'team' rather than crew, because each individual had his tasks. No one interfered with another team member, even thought the work space was confined. The job began at 7:30 in the morning, and was completed by 1:30 in the afternoon. It is obvious from the finished product that, even though most of the work will never be seen, there was still a great deal of pride in the installation. What can we say better than we have already recommended the company to a friend who is in need of hvac service.
