Carrier gas furnace. Quiet and efficient. The only issue is the heat smelled terrible for about 1 week. There is no need for unknown compounds to be burn off in my house. I am not very happy about that and worry about the health issues around breathing I unknown burnt compounds.

I've very much enjoyed Metro for servicing my old unit which was why I chose them for the replacement You work with a different part of the office for new install. I was surprised by some of the poor planning from the perspective of: how many days will install take; will the unit fit through my very narrow doors and/or alleyway. In this way attention to detail was a bit of a let down. That said, the guys were clean, courteous and very capable. They answered all my questions, and I have a nice cool home.
