I chose Ray Litwin's Heating \& Air Conditioning to replace my 30 year old HVAC system (gas furnace \& central air conditioning and one duct line \& vent). Their price was in align with other competitors but I chose Ray Litwin's because of their reputation. This was a 2 day project. The installers, Dave \& Billy, showed up at quoted time both days. These guys were very knowledgeable, hard workers and respected the condition of my house. They were very personable also. Never once did either complain that it was two of the hottest days in July and they were crawling around up in the attic installing lines and some duct work. I was very pleased with Dave \& Billy's work and professionalism. I would highly recommend Ray Litwin's to anyone who is looking for heating or air conditioning work. Great Job Dave \& Billy.... Simple, complete, clean, one day installation by an efficient, pleasant set of technicians.
We had Ray Litwin install a new high efficiency furnace and matching air conditioner. I had asked about a modulating furnace for more even temperatures during mild heating and Matt Litwin recommended a two level furnace which has worked well at the tail end of the heating season. This unit does not require a special thermostat. The installation was one day, clean, complete and just a pleasure. It was raining but the crew had a canopy so they could work outside protected. This is the kind of forethought and planning they provide. You even get a call a day ahead to confirm the details. We have had a few hot days this Spring and the AC has worked as expected. They plan the job ahead, bring what they need, take away the old stuff and the crew is very pleasant also. I had Ray Litwin do two installations in our HOA Clubhouse last year and had the same high level of service.
