Dave came over to give us an estimate for our new Carrier HVAC (Central Air and Heat Pump) system installation to replace the original other brand unit which was 16 years old, We just purchased this house last year and have been renovating/updating the entire house and property which in need of some serious attention! Dave, Shawn and Tyler came by the house after calling the night before of June 29 with a welcomed surprise that our unit came in much earlier than expected (supposed to be early to mid August doe to backlogs of manufacturer orders) and he could get us in to help us after hearing a heat wave was headed our way. They showed up at 7:45 AM and by 12:00 PM they were done installing and ran system test to confirm all was working properly. Shawn was also kind enough to install our own, privately purchased new NEST thermostat for us instead of the normal thermostat that comes with the system. I did the programing of the NEST and set it up as they finished the installation. That day was warm but humidity was high, they ran the AC unit while cleaning up and then we all had some lunch (Please take care of your service pro's they take care of us!!!) and relaxed in the newly installed luxury of a great working Central AC unit. The compressor outside is so quite I do not hear it turn on in the house as we did with old one and you can be standing next to the compressor outside, holding a conversation without raising you voice and easily hear each other!!! If you need a serious PRO who is also a kind person you will want to call Dave and Shawn, they are our new HAVC contractors and we have and plan to highly recommending to anyone who wants honest, professional and courteous service! These are PROs you want to hire!

Great company. Got me taken care of with a new furnace install in a very timely fashion. The work was superior. The technicians were excellent in both manner and work ethic. Exactly what I needed and wanted. Will use again and I highly recommend.

Dave and Shawn are very professional. They came when they said they would. Their work is very neat. If I didn't know they were here, I wouldn't have known they were here (except that the heat now works properly!). I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
