I have lived in my current home for 7 years and the temperature from room to room was never consistent. The units I had replaced were 20 years old and had been limping along. My electric bills were going higher and higher. I decided to choose Carrier as they still have copper coils for the condensing units. I was searching and found Arthur's Air Conditioning and saw that they had excellent reviews. I had Gary Torres come out with a tech and I explained my problems and they came up with a plan that included replacement of A/C units, Furnaces, Thermostats and changing some ducting. My home is now much more comfortable with consistent temperatures. It is too early to know but my A/C is not running nearly as much as before which should save $ on my bills. Very impressed with Arthur's and recommend highly.

Arthur's Air Conditioning came out the same day I called and gave a geat quote. Took out the old furnace and air con the next day and installed the new carrier furnace and air con system the day after. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. They were very professional and friendly. I felt completely comfortable leaving my 80 year mother alone with the kind installers. The wonderful ladies at the office were extremely helpful with all my questions and the product registration. Brian who gave the quote was knowledgeable and down to earth answering all our questions. This is difficult to do because it is all so new
Not being a heat and air person we put our trust in the dealer that they are making a good recommendation of a quality product at a reasonable price. We have had our system for two weeks and the Air conditioning portion seems to be working well. We have yet to use the heating portion other than an initial installation test. The installers seemed to be knowledgeable and efficient in their work. Everything about the installation looks as good as it can considering the age of the home and the location they had to work in.
