Bad follow up
The salesman promised to keep the old unit running until the install two days later. I was going to the hospital for surgery and he said they would keep it charged for the interim. The tech that came after I left told my wife it was impossible and left. I was unaware of this and afterwards communicated it to management. I refrained from putting in a bad review but the GM kept sending the request even after I explained why it would be negative. He got his review and 6 months later the sales rep called. I will not do business with them again.
