More drawn out then it needed to be. Staff expertise I would rate a 4 overall. Solve problems a 4 overall. Service a 4 overall. There technicians are gaining experience, try hard to solve problems, and are very nice along with the folks anwering the phone. They seem committed to doing the job. What they lack, is experience and the human resources to complete a job in a day, at least if it's installed on a weekend. Also, I believe they learned that a two stage will not run on one stage wiring from unit to thermostate. It will eventually blow a fuse in the unit. Happened twice. At least it wasn't summer and 118 outside. But the technicians and customer did everything they could. The whole thing should have never happened had the sales person given wiring any consideration and management needs to do a better job. Don't blame it on the staff.
