Installer was not "User friendly"
The owner did not stay around to explain what was done and how system worked, he did not supply a NEW air filter for an entirely NEW system (to save him expense), he threw out documents that came with components because they were damaged in the rain, and he did not give me a receipt for the job paid in full when second half of payment was made upon completion. He was not very friendly and seemed too busy to be bothered with anything after he felt the job was "done". I could not recommend this company.
