Tom came in and gave me a good bid, ran me through what needed to be done and how it would be done. After work was complete the following week he showed be the work that had been done and also ran me through what the inspector would be looking for. Inspection went well and he stated the Tim had done a good job. Tim also ran me through some cleaning items on the outside unit to ensure the life of the unit would last long longer then item life expectancy
