My family and I have been customers for years, they are a trustworthy company, not just out for a buck. Two years ago I had an experience with another company because my mom found a coupon for a furnace check up, so she had them come out. This other company came out and tried to scam us into buying a new furnace because our heat exchanger was cracked, even showed me pictures of it, not knowing Dan Wood replaced it a few years back. I called Dan Wood for a second opinion and they came out the same day and my heat exchanger was NOT cracked. Not saying who this other company was but they have shocking pink vans (beware)! Don't call anyone but Dan Wood if you want a company you can trust.

I cannot submit a recommendation for each product, so I will comment on the product that currently I do not like. My do not like product is the Infinity System Control SYSTXCCITC01\-B and this is a Carrier dislike issue not a DANWOOD issue. I have sent a comment to Carrier about the dumb product which relates to its functionally. This new unit replaced a smart unit which provided individual daily scheduling for day, time, and temperature. The most expensive unit purchased fails to provide that functionally but rather operates under a Comfort Profiles method thereby not allowing the capability stated above.
