Our furnace went out and we were without heat for almost 2 weeks. We got several quotes from other businesses; some of the others barely looked at the furnace, and others gave us quotes on more work than we wanted. The guys from Barstow gave us a great price for the furnace and then when they started doing the work, they found problems with the A/C. They called me to let me know, right after I had rear\-ended another car. Needless to say, I was very upset. I returned home to see what they had found.
