I wasn't quite aware at how many people it took to install a new unit but everyone that entered my home had a face mask and shoe booties on. They put down plastic carpet protector which made me feel better about the limited surfaces they touched and I was able to just go around with some disinfectant after they left and get the doorknobs and railings etc. They left the work area clean and tidy and other than the necessary noise were very easy to work from home while they were here. Their service department gets a bit confused though, they kept calling me (often after weeks of not hearing from them) and telling me that they reviewed my paperwork and it turns out that my unit can be repaired under my service plan. And then I'd take a day off (pre\-COVID) and the poor repair man would take one look at it and say this isn't worth fixing, it's better to replace the unit. And we did that dance two or three times before the office was able to give us a quote for just simply replacing it. But I think that is more due to a disconnect between the people in the office and the people on the road. The people that came into my home were very competent and professional. We've been using this company for over a decade.

The morning after the installation, we found a flood in our kitchen and basement near the furnace. I thought it came from the AC and called the repair number. A member of the installation team came to our house within 45 minutes. He quickly determined that the problem was a burst hose fitting under the sink and had nothing to do with your installation. Nonetheless, he cleaned up the water and replaced a new part that had been damaged by the water. He charged us nothing for his help. I call that first rate service.
