I had an issue with my existing furnace (of course it has to happen on a very cold day), they were up front of when can can come to the house, they came fixed the issue and suggested that I may have to look to upgrade my 20 yr old furnace (no sales pressure at all), we decided that since it needs to be replaced sooner than later we pulled the trigger and went ahead, I communicated with Mary and she was very clear of what needs, I spoke to the installing tech (mike), he gave me estimated time of the install \& keep us updated as the install was going on.
