Excellent Service and trustworthy. Silver Lake HVAC, made every effort to repair a failed system, and when it was determined the existing system could not be repaired they provide various options and installed a new system in a timely manner as promised.
Silver Lake HVAC installed a new unit in my attic when we renovated a home and also service two existing wall mini splits for two year. The owner and their service team was always very professional, did an excellent job answering our questions and have been fair and trustworthy with every transaction. I would definitely recommend them to others...

The initial consult was spot on in what I needed for equipment. John then explained each step of the process and how long it would take. Once booked he kept me informed on everything I needed to do and when he would be coming on a regular basis. Once the installers arrived, Russell was incredibly knowledgeable and kept me in the loop with how things were progressing. He even gave me an idea on how things would look and what he had to do if I wanted it a different way from the options he gave me. They were at my house from 8am until 430pm each day to get it done in the time frame i needed. I even got a follow up visit to make sure I didn't have any questions Loved the experience and would recommend them in the future. VERY HARD WORKERS!!
