Our AC Unit was old. I'm talking 30+ years. And, it was still running, but this last year finally started leaking. Wen purchased a furnace from Four Winds 6 years ago and after a motherboard glitch the first couple months in, we haven't had any issues and enjoy our furnace. We've had Four Winds out numerous times over the years to maintain our furnace and AC. Four Winds are the only maintenance company that we were happy to join their VIP membership. It is well worth it to maintain the health of our ac and furnace that we purchased from them. If only they worked on other things, like plugged refridgerator water hoses. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentlemen that sold and installed our new AC. I had to work when the gentleman that spoke with my husband about buying the new AC came over. He went above and beyond by making me feel part of the conversation by not only calling me for 5 minutes while I was at work (so I could be part of the decision making that day) but emailing me a copy of the different AC units and explaining to me how they differ and what he thought would work best for us and why. He was not condescending at all to me, which as a woman, I unfortunately have had happen a lot recently when I ask questions to sales and service techs. He was amazing and I would like to thank him for treating me with respect. We were able to get scheduled for a new ac unit within that week! Which is amazing as we've been waiting on the plumber for 4 weeks. The service guys were a little late into the 4 hour window that we were given, but they explained, when they got here, that they had needed to answer an emergency call. So that was understandable, but I am the type of person that prefers to be updated with a call when someone isn't on time. Especially when they had the long job of installing a new ac unit. But, they were both quick, accurate, and efficient when they installed the ac, even in the rain. I asked the gentleman that seemed to be the lead in the duo if he would show us the work they did and explain anything new or different. He explained in a precise and satisfactory manner about the new AC. All\-in\-all, we will continue to use Four Winds and would recommend them to others. We only suggest that you have patience as they have a habit of being delayed by 30\-40 minutes past their initial start time. I believe this is because they are understaffed and overworked right now.
