We had our previous furnace for about 30 years and we have had it serviced by Artlip \& Sons for all that time. We had complete confidence in the service person who took care of us most of those years. He suggested we consider a new furnace because of its age. Naturally we went with the same service company we used all these years. The customer service person evaluated our needs and ordered the furnace and installation. Installation became a bit complicated because the new furnace required a greater return air flow. After evaluating alternatives a second return and filter was installed. All was done very professionally and we are glad everyone was making sure things were installed properly and the heating and A/C system is working well.
