Jim's Heating and Cooling employee's were prompt, polite and professional. They knew what they were doing, explained what they were doing and answered any questions I had. While I haven't had the Carrier furnace and air conditioner for long, I did test the furnace and am running the AC, which is quiet, the cooling is even, there is noticeably less dust in my house and I expect to be very happy with both units.
