Rude and Dismissive Customer Service
I’ve been dealing with a loud, vibrating AC unit for over a year, and despite several service visits from this HVAC company, the issue is still not resolved. The unit is right next to my bedroom, and the noise is so loud it wakes me up every time the AC cycles on.
The technicians who came out were fine – they installed vibration pads and secured a wall outlet, but the noise kept coming back. When I called to follow up, the company’s response was incredibly rude and dismissive. They told me the noise was “normal” and acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting them to actually resolve the issue.
When I suggested that the noise might be a vibration issue or a loose component, they brushed it off and said there was nothing more they could do. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, they were more interested in shutting down the conversation and insisting that no HVAC company could make the unit quiet.
I did get the repair records promptly when I asked, but that doesn’t change the fact that the noise issue is still ongoing and they clearly have no intention of doing anything about it. If you’re looking for a company that takes customer concerns seriously and follows through on repairs, look elsewhere. This company is quick to dismiss legitimate complaints rather than resolve them.
