I highly recommend Hometown Heating and Air. They replaced my 17 year old 5 ton AC and furnace with the Carrier Infinity 5 Stage 5 ton system. Along with the compressor, evaporator and furnace I had them remove the old duct board distributor box and replace it with a metal wyes distribution layout to hopefully improve air for to my master bedroom which was the furthest away from the system. The results are better than I had hoped. We now have a cooler bedroom and constant air temperature throughout the house. The compressor is outside my home office window and it runs so quietly I can't ever tell if it is running or not. My experience working with Hometown from the beginning to the end was excellent. We had four companies provided us quotes. Hometown was the best system for the best price and Lee, the Hometown sales representative, was top notch. I had several questions over a few weeks follow his quote and changes to what we wanted. He was supper to work with and was here on the day they installed the system to make sure it went smoothly, which it did. The installation crew were nice and keep the house clean with drop cloths over the carpet and stairs. I could not have been happier with the entire process.
