My low ratings are targeted for the management making decisions behind the scenes, not the service personnel that actually showed up to our home and did the work. The local technicians who installed and have serviced this new unit have been very knowledgeable and professional. My issue with management is due to a failure of the brand new unit within months of installation and their unreasonable position that the warranty did not cover THEIR failure. To rub salt in the wound, the local service manager quoted us a price to repair the issue that was twice the cost of what other local, licensed, HVAC dealers offered to do the work. If one of our other units ever needs to be replaced, it will not be Gagne that we reach out to.
