Use a different company
Due to severe software issues and less than stellar technicians, I am ending my long term loyalty to Simpson Air. The company is experiencing problems. Its software, which I believe is handled via a third party, emails blank invoices. At the second attempt, Simpson Air delivered an invoice with missing information. On the third try, there were continued issues. In addition, I found out that my favorite, competent technician left the company. So, I am mimicking my favorite technician. I am leaving the company.
